| Proposition | Recommendation | Description |
| 3 | YES | This proposition would change the California Constitution by removing the part that says only marriages between a man and a woman are valid in the state. Instead, it would state that everyone has a fundamental right to marry, regardless of gender. |
| 5 | YES | Allows approval of local infrastructure and housing bonds for low and middle income Californians with 55% vote. |
| 6 | YES | This proposal would remove involuntary servitude from the state constitution as a punishment for a crime. It would also allow the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to give credits to incarcerated people who choose to participate in work assignments. |
| 32 | YES | This proposal would raise the state’s minimum wage to $18 an hour by 2026 for all employers. After that, the minimum wage would be adjusted each year based on the cost of living. |
| 36 | NO | This measure would increase prison sentences and harsher penalties for minor theft and drug-related crimes. However, it would reduce important funding for mental health care, housing, and other community services. |
